How To Use
Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of oil to a diffuser to create a focused atmosphere for work/study  Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops of oil during steam inhalation  Add 3-5 drops to your handkerchief or empty inhaler and inhale through the day.
